If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.

Fast Refund:

Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method asap.

Notice: You shall bear all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost to send you the item. ( Initial shipping cost would be $18 when order over $129 gets free shipping) 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

-Purchase (except swimwear and bras) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the day customer receive the goods. Because of hygiene reasons, shapewear, underwear, pajamas and swimwear are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. (The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.)

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

-Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. The return address is arranged by the order system according to the quality of the returned goods, warehouse inventory in different regions, and the task volume of the staff handling returns. Do not send them back to the address on package . Or no refund will be issued.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

-Swimwear and Bras are not eligible for return or exchange.

-Swimwear and Bras can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.

-We accept refunds for product quality issues (product damage). You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Note: $1USD cancellation fee is applied due to bank charges.

Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
